These terms cover your use of Kora and the related services provided by Intuitive Compute. By installing or using Kora you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the software.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything done through your account. Don't share accounts; if you need multi-user access, use a Teams plan.
Acceptable use
Use Kora for lawful purposes only. Don't try to reverse-engineer or resell the software, use it to abuse third-party services, or generate content that violates the rights of others.
Your content
Files, prompts, and outputs you generate with Kora are yours. They stay on your machine. We don't take a license to them, we don't see them, and we don't process them on our servers.
Purchase and refunds
Kora is a one-time purchase. Pay once, keep using it forever. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are honored without questions — email billing@intuitivecompute.com.
Service availability
Kora's local features work offline. Cloud-dependent features rely on third parties (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and may be unavailable when those providers have issues. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it.
Warranty disclaimer
Kora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Outputs from AI models can be wrong; review them before acting. We are not responsible for errors made by the underlying models.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuitive Compute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or billing risk. You can stop using Kora and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We'll notify you in-app or by email about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
